Guardian Life Insurance has administrative pages for brokers dealing with client's portal issues. The brokers needed an easier way to deal with client issues. As you can see from the old design a user has no way to navigate to all parts of the site when they have clicked into a task. The only way to navigate back to the homepage was through a cancel button on the bottom of the page. In my updated design I added a navigation bar and updated the Interface style to look similar to the rest of the Guardian portal site.
